Ticket Price: Ticket Price will be collected by Agent. Local Fees are paid on arrival.
Local Fees: For all tours, at Check-in, guests are required to pay:
2d 1n = $40, 2d 2n = $54, 3d 2n = $60, 3d 3n = $70.
Local Fees cover Marine Parks Environmental Management Charge, National Parks Walks,
Fuel Levy and Administration and GST, Wet Suit Hire. This figure may increase at anytime.
Credit Card payments incur a 1.75% transaction fee.
Check-in: Guests are required to check in in our office in Airlie Beach for a tour briefing.
Shop is located at Shop 1, 4 The Esplanade Airlie Beach. Note: # Guests on Whitsunday Magic Reef Cruise, who wish to finish the Cruise at Hamilton
Island Airport, will transfer direct from Whitsunday Magic on a Ferry to Hamilton Island Airport
on Monday morning. Generally the transfer ferry will meet with us around 10am, however,
this may change if airline schedules change.
Please advise at time of booking if this service is required.
Note: * Guests for Whitsunday Magic Island Cruise, from Hamilton Island will transfer Monday
on a Ferry to Airlie Beach to join this cruise. All Hamilton Island Transfers or Connections
must be advised to our reservations team at time of booking, or at latest 1 week before
travel, so we can make the necessary arrangements.
Accommodation Styles: Adventure Sailing Yachts, Ron of Argyll is open plan accommodation.
Beds are double berths or single bunks. The layout does not provide individual guest cabins.
For Private Guest Cabins, Solway Lass or Whitsunday Magic should be suggested to the
clients. Solway Lass has share bathroom facilities. Whitsunday Magic, all cabins offer a
small bathroom.

## Child Rates: applies to 2 to 14 year olds inclusive & ONLY applies for 1 Child Sharing
a Double Cabin with 2 adults.
On Solway Lass Cabins 7, 8, 9, or 10 have a single bed above a double.
On Whitsunday Magic Suites A or B have a lounge which can be made up to a single, and
Cabins 14 & 15 have a 1.7metre bed at the end of the double.
Where a child takes an adult bed, then full rate applies.
Parents must take full responsibility for the children, including restraint from running freely
around the decks.
